Made-to-Order Items
Jade Tile Club products are made to order. Each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or color, or simply changing your mind.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help.
In these cases, Jade Tile Club offers a free replacement or a refund. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Your order number
If the issue affects multiple items from the same order, we may request an additional photo or short video showing all affected items together for confirmation. There is no need to return damaged items.
Incorrect Size or Color
Jade Tile Club is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect size or color selections. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in these cases.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If an order is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery (such as an incorrect or incomplete address), you may choose one of the following options:

A reprint and reshipment, subject to an additional fee, or

A partial refund, excluding original shipping costs
Print Placement & Minor Variations
For direct-to-garment (DTG) printed products, slight variations in print placement may occur. A tolerance of up to 0.5 inches in print placement is considered acceptable and does not qualify as a defect.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
