At Jade Tile Club, every item is created with care and shipped straight to you. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order gets from us to your door.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Made-to-Order Disclaimer

All Jade Tile Club products are made to order. This means your item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, production begins shortly after checkout, and orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has started.

This made-to-order approach helps reduce waste and ensures each item is produced just for you.

Order Processing Time

• Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process.
• Processing includes production, quality checks, and packaging.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.

U.S. Shipping Options

Shipping times begin after processing is complete and are estimates provided by carriers.

Standard Shipping
• Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
• Shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers depending on the order.

Priority Shipping (when available)
• Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
• Availability and pricing vary by product and location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your items, selected shipping method, and delivery address.

Delays & Service Interruptions

While we work closely with our manufacturing partners and carriers, occasional delays can happen due to factors beyond our control, such as:

• Severe weather or natural events
• High demand during peak seasons
• Supply chain disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.

 

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We’ll work with the manufacturer and carrier to make it right.

 

Any replacements or refunds for shipping issues are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
